Common Interest Community Management Company License Revocations

Richmond – The Common Interest Community (CIC) Board revoked five Provisional Management Company licenses at its meeting Thursday, March 22. Below is a summary of the Board’s actions. Copies of file orders, including descriptions of the investigation and regulatory violations, are available under “License Lookup.”

The CIC Board found each Provisional Management Company failed to submit evidence of annual proof of bonding/insurance, as required by law and regulation, and failed to respond to investigators.
