Customer Service Facility

DPOR operates a walk-in customer assistance facility where license and license renewal fees can be paid, information or applications can be obtained, and where applications may be submitted. The location of this service is on the 2nd floor, 9960 Mayland Drive, Richmond VA 23233.

Hours of operation are 8:15 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily (excluding Commonwealth of Virginia holidays).
