FAIR HOUSING BOARD
The 12-member Board administers and enforces state and national fair housing laws. The laws prohibit housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, elderliness, familial status, or disability. The Board also oversees an education-based certification program for individuals involved in selling or renting dwellings.
