Pratt P. Stelly, PHR
Human Resource Director
Ms. Stelly has served as the Human Resource Director since April of 2000. Prior to that, she was an Assistant Director of Enforcement, overseeing the preparation of disciplinary and Contractor and Real Estate Recovery Fund cases to be presented to the 19 boards of DPOR. She started her career at DPOR as a Legal Assistant in the Real Estate section in 1995.
Ms. Stelly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from East Carolina University and a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. She has completed the Society of Human Resource Management Learning System at Virginia Commonwealth University and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. She has also completed the Virginia Certified Public Manager's Program, receiving the VaCPM designation.
Ms. Stelly is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is affiliated with the Richmond chapter. She is also a member of the Commonwealth Managers' Association and the Certified Public Manager's Association.
