Lookup Disciplinary Actions Occurring on or after April 1, 2002

Directions
Enter whatever keyword you would like to search for in the disciplinary actions documents. This could be a person's name, a business name, a license number ( 10 digits, no dashes ), or some word that should be contained in the document like roofing or escrow, etc. Then click on the search button to view the results of your search.
I.
Names are generally in first, middle, last name order and searches
must take this into account.
The name "John Q. Public" will not be found under "Public John Q".
However, a search on "john q* public" would return all documents
containing a name where the first name is "john", the middle
initial is a "q" or the middle name starts with a "q" and the last
name is "public".
II.
License Registration numbers are 10 digits with no dashes or spaces.
III.
Wildcard characters can be very useful as search tools
( but not as literals ).
The table below summarizes the use of wildcard characters.

Specifies zero or more alphanumeric characters. Avoid using the asterisk as the first character in a search string. |
Examples:
To search on all license numbers beginning with 2705, enter 2705* in the keyword search field. Entering 2705 without the asterisk will not produce the same results.
To search for a name like White, which might be spelled as Whyte, enter Wh?te.
