Condominium Cease and Desist Order

RICHMOND – At its March 12, 2020, meeting, the Common Interest Community Board issued a temporary Cease and Desist Order against a condominium developer for failure to comply with requirements of the Condominium Act. Following is a summary of the Board’s action.
