For Board-Specific Issues: Contact the Board for your particular license type if you: Have questions about requirements for obtaining, renewing, or reinstating a license (e.g., eligibility, fees, etc.) Have other administrative inquiries such as continuing education requirements Received a message to contact the Board when trying to register for online services Received a message stating your logon is unsuccessful, but you believe the information you are entering is correct Have an issue with the Tax ID/SSN/DMV number on file with the Board Please be ready with your name and file/license number(s), so we can provide the most efficient customer service.
