Condominium Cease and Desist Orders

RICHMOND – At its March 9, 2023 meeting, the Common Interest Community Board issued a temporary Cease-and-Desist Order against a condominium registration for failure to comply with requirements of the Condominium Act. The following is a summary of the Board’s actions.
