RICHMOND – The Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) has been made aware of fake emails sent to licensees (both inactive and active) claiming to be from DPOR or DPOR employees. DPOR will never send an email from a Gmail or Yahoo address.

RICHMOND – At its December 8, 2022 meeting, the Common Interest Community Board issued temporary Cease-and-Desist Orders against two condominium registrations for failure to comply with requirements of the Condominium Act. The following is a summary of the Board’s actions.
