Sometimes users are unable to view our Interactive PDF forms and only see the “Please wait . . .” error message from Adobe Reader.

The reason for getting this error message is explained below, along with how to easily fix it and move forward.

Enrolling in Aspire to Receive Your Digital License 

DPOR has partnered with online credentialing service Merit, which has changed its name to Aspire, to issue licenses and certificates in digital format. 

Digital credentials work the same way as your traditional paper license but offer fast verification and 24/7 accessibility.

Accepting your digital license from Aspire is optional. You will still receive regular mail from DPOR as usual, including your paper license upon renewal.

Choosing a Form Type

INTERACTIVE

Choosing an Interactive Application allows you to enter information directly onto fillable forms, save to a personal computer for your records, and submit the completed application to the address provided on the form or submit electronically (by e-mail or FAX if allowed by the Board section).
